Italian luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana has launched a new product line, but it is not for humans. The perfume, titled "Fefé", is made specifically for canine companions. Coming with a matching Dolce & Gabbana dog collar and tag, the fragrance retails at €32.
Scent Isn't New
Although the concept of fragrances for dogs is not new, the move by Dolce & Gabbana represents the infiltration of the high-end fashion sector into the pet industry. The launch is likely to capitalize upon the increasing disposable income many dog owners have, particularly in the face of the recent pandemic.
